Qualifications and Personal Information
The Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) volunteer serves as an officer of the court to advocate for the child’s best interests. Qualifications include being an open-minded, caring citizen sharing CASA of St. Louis' mission and values. You must be 21 years old with high school diploma/GED, be able to commit at least 1 year to serving a child, requiring 10-15 hours/month visiting child and gathering information, and flexibility to attend team meetings, and court hearings during the day.
